Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential charges before placing your order.




Shipping Methods


All beadwork will be shipped based on the selection you make at checkout. We offer various shipping options, including tracked and insured methods. We highly encourage you to select a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance to protect your order during transit. Please note that White Star Woman cannot be held responsible for any lost packages, misdelivered items, or items shipped to incorrect addresses. Once the order is shipped White Star Woman has no control over the transit process. 




Order Processing Time


We are dedicated to processing your orders promptly. All orders will be shipped Wednesday's or Friday's. If you place your order after hours or on weekends, shipping will occur the next closest shipping day.




 Changes and Cancellations


If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact White Star Woman within one hour of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that once an order is processed, we may not be able to make any alterations.
